Judy Holiday performs a moving, caustically honest poem about love, family and how decisions can change lives. I really really love this poem, it’s so honest. There’s no shame or guilt in saying these quite harsh things. I think it discusses a raw, honest part of oneself that might not be the angry, debilitating shadow one might initially think.
